Padmabhushan Dr. B.V. Raju was the founder Chairman of the Society, who hailed from a humble agricultural family of Kumudavalli near Bhimavaram. He was a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Benaras Hindu University (BHU) and also a Post Graduate in Management from Harvard University, USA.

He started his career in the Cement Industry and over a span of six decades established a number of cement factories in India and abroad and was considered to be a doyen of the Cement Industry. He served as Chairman of Cement Corporation of India.

After having made a mark in the Industrial sector, Dr. B.V. Raju decided to contribute towards the development of Education and also social causes. Towards meeting these objectives,
he set up Dr. B.V.Raju Foundation and Sri Vishnu Educational Society.

In recognition of his services to Educational sector and society at large, he was awarded Doctorate by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad and was conferred the coveted Padmabhushan by the Government of India.

Sri K.V Vishnu Raju, the Managing Director of Anjani Portland Cement Ltd., Hyderabad has taken over as the Chairman after the demise of the founder Chairman.

He graduated in chemical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Thiruchirappalli, obtained Masters degree from the prestigious Michigan Technological University, USA and worked for two years in Du-Point, one of the World's top ranking U.S. Chemical industries.

Sri K.V. Vishnu Raju is the motivating force in steering and expanding the horizons of the Foundation and Society towards excellence in all its academic and professional endeavours.

His responsibilities included Business Development, New Business Ventures and Merger & Acquisition. Prior to 1999 Ravichandran was involved in the start-up of three business ventures since 1993, Cement, Dairy and was a software product company, as part of his family business.Ravichandran started his professional career with the Swiss multinational company Novartis, India where he served in various capacities including Business Development, New Product and Application development, and Vendor Development.

Sri. P. Krishnaganga Raju is the Secretary of Sri Vishnu Educational Society. Born and brought up in Poduru, W.G. Dist. His early education was in Poduru, Marteru and Bhimavaram. Studied B.A. Honours with Psychology & Philosophy in Madras Christian College, Madras University. After his education he concentrated on his Agricultural farm and developed high yielding varieties. He played a key role in introducing the early second crop which is the culminating point in the entire delta to have a second crop every year. He played an important role in promoting Raasi Cements and making farmers as Promoters of that Company which is first of its kind. He was a close associate of Padmabhushan Dr. B.V. Raju for 30 years. He is instrumental in starting these institutions along with Dr. B.V. Raju garu. Presently he is Secretary of Sri Vishnu Educational Society & Dr. B.V.Raju Foundation along with the present Chair man Sri. K.V. Vishnu Raju garu

Dr. D. Basava Raju is the Director of Pharmacy Colleges, Sri Vishnu Educational Society. He has Post Graduated from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 1979 with specialization in Pharmaceutical And Fermentation Technology and got Ph.D. in the year 1990 from BITS, Pilani for the thesis, Studies on Liquid Membrane phenomenon in Biological Action?.

He has vast teaching experience of 28 years in various colleges. His articles published in 12 International journals and in 10 national journals.
